Jeff Schwartz began his tenure at St. John Fisher in 2002 as an assistant coach for the men’s lacrosse team in its inaugural year, serving as the team’s goaltending and shooting coach. He came to Fisher after coaching lacrosse at Irondequoit High School.
His father’s military life enabled him to live all over the U.S. completing high school in Rome, NY.
Schwartz, who graduated from Cornell with a B.A. in Math & Computer Science, played one season as an attacker for the Big Red. After Cornell, he went on to obtain his M.B.A. in Finance & Applied Economics from the Simon School at the University of Rochester.
During his tenure at Fisher, Schwartz was also an assistant with the women’s lacrosse team from 2005 through 2011, and helped lead the team to Empire 8 Championships in 2007 and 2009.
Schwartz currently resides in Irondequoit and works full-time as a computer performance consultant for Integrated Services, Inc. of Dallas, Texas
