2023: Ran in six meets on the season... Had personal best time in the 6K at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championships (24:19.8)... Also had a personal best time in the 4K. 

2022: Ran in seven meets on the season ... Finished with a personal best with a time of 25:06.7 in the 6k.

2021: Ran in seven meets on the year … Finished with a personal best 26:10.8 in the 6k.

2020: Competed in both meets of the year, where she ran her best 4K time of 19:24.3 at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite.

High School: Ran cross country for six years and was a member of the track and field team for four years ... Named a Scholar Athlete every year she participated in a sport ... Ranked as one of the top 50 Tully Runners.

Personal: The daughter of Lisa and James, Lauren in majoring in Sports Management ... She is a member of the National Honor Society.
