2017: Appeared in all seven meets this season for the Cardinals .. Recorded a career fastest 6k time of 20:22.2 at Brockport earlier this season .. Also ran in the 8k and registered a career fast 27:08.0 at the Highlander Invitational.

2016: Ran in all seven races of the Cardinals competed in … Ran his fastest 6K of his career with a 21:41.0 performance at the Cardinals Early Season XC Invite … Had his top 8K performance of the year at the Paul Short Invite, posting a time of 27:27.5.

High School: Ran varsity cross country for five seasons ... Won league championship in 2011 and 2013 ... Also Ran indoor and outdoor track for five seasons ... Won overall league championship in senior season along with 4 x 800 relay in outdoor track in 2014 ... Won both sectional and league championships in 4 x 800  in indoor and outdoor track during senior season ... Also won the 4 x 800 championship in indoor track in 2012.
