Biography

High School: Helped C.W. Baker win the Section 3 track championship in 2024… earned second-team All-Division cross country honors in 2024… was an SCAC individual champion in track as a senior in 2025… helped his team win the SCAC track championship in 2024… earned second-team Section 3 honors in the long jump in 2025… qualified for the New York State track meet in 2024 and 2025… earned a medal in 2025… also participated in competitive swimming, snowboarding and karate.  

Personal: London is the son of Ksenyia and Jason Premo… he has two younger sisters, Sage and Ellie… he studies biology. 

Fun Fact: He has played the piano for 12 years… enjoys painting and doing origami.
