2025-26: A spark off the bench of the Cardinals, Janes played in all 27 of the Cardinals’ games and started in one of them… scored 176 points (6.5 per game) and grabbed 88 rebounds (3.3 per game)... also recorded 27 assists, 22 steals and 21 blocked shots… scored in double figures six times… matched his career-high with 17 points while shooting 5-of-6 from the field and 6-of-8 from the foul line in No. 8-seeded Fisher’s upset of top-seeded Russell Sage in the first round of the Empire 8 Conference Tournament… also had 17 points against SUNY Geneseo on Feb. 6… had 10 rebounds against the University of Rochester on Nov. 21 and against SUNY Brockport on Feb. 25 in the E8 semifinals… named to the Empire 8 All-Tournament Team. 

2024-2025: Appeared in 14 games… he collected six points against SUNY Geneseo on Feb. 7.

High school: Played soccer, football, golf and basketball… also participated in track and field... He was a two-time Genesee Region All-Star in basketball (2023 and 2024)...

Personal: Jack is the son of  Michael and Tricia Janes….he has a sibling, Eddie…his father Michael played football and baseball at Hobart.
