Joe Long joins the men’s basketball program for the 2023-2024 season.

After serving as a student manager for the West Virginia University men’s basketball team, Long served as a Graduate Assistant at Florida State University.

Most recently, Long worked as an assistant coach for the men’s basketball team at Medaille University. In this role, Long focused on recruiting, created scouting reports, delivered game plans, and coordinated camps and fundraisers for the program.

Long earned a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies degree from West Virginia University and a Master of Mass Media Communications degree from Florida State University.
