St. John Fisher University Athletics

Former All-Empire 8 wide receiver Will Blake returned to the St. John Fisher football coaching staff before the 2024 season as wide receivers coach. 

Blake first returned to Fisher in 2021 to coach the team’s tight ends after having a prolific career during which he led the Empire 8 in receiving yards (993) and receptions (82) as a senior in 2019. Blake coached receivers during the 2022 season. 

Blake, who graduated from Fisher with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management in 2020, ranks fifth in program history with 159 receptions. He is one of six wideouts in program history to surpass 2,000 career receiving yards. The Webster native is tied for 10th all-time in receiving touchdowns (12).
