St. John Fisher University Athletics

Ryan Heasley

Heasley came to Fisher in 2022 after serving as a tight ends coach at Cortland where he helped guide one of the top passing games in the country.

While at Cortland, Heasley, who mentored four all-conference linemen during the 2021 campaign, helped to contribute to an offense that led the conference and ranked second overall in Division III in third down conversions at 54 percent while the Red Dragons' offense scored nearly 41 points on average over 12 games.

Prior to his time on Cortland's sidelines, Heasley served as the Offensive Line Coach and Operations Coordinator at Division I Saint Francis University where he was responsible for all areas of development, implementation and coaching of the team's offensive line.

Before making the jump to Division I, Heasley served as the Offensive Coordinator for Ithaca College for six seasons where he helped lead the Bombers to two Empire 8 titles and two NCAA berths including a trip to the Sweet 16.

Heasley is a graduate of Bethany College with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education.
