Rob Kramer was named the Cardinals' offensive coordinator in the spring of 2012 after spending four years guiding Fisher's quarterbacks. Kramer himself was one of the finest quarterbacks in school history, graduating in 2008.

Since his appointment, the Cardinals have been one of the most prolific offenses in Division III.  With Kramer on the call, Fisher has averaged nearly seven wins per season and is routinely among the Empire 8's leaders in total yards, passing yards and rushing yards.

Kramer was a two-year starter who led the Cardinals to back-to-back shares of the Empire 8 Conference title in his junior and senior seasons. In 2006, the Cardinals advanced to the national semifinals (final four), before advancing to the national quarterfinals in 2007, becoming just one of four teams to make consecutive appearances deep in the NCAA Championships.

Kramer served as a team captain in his final campaign, and ended his career ranked in the career top 10 lists for touchdowns (50, first), attempts (554, second), completions (342, second), and completion percentage (61.7, second). At the end of his career he also owned the single-season record for passing yards (2,590 yards, 2007).

A Syracuse native, Kramer graduated from Oneida High School in 2004 as one of the school’s top athletes. An All-State performer in both baseball and football, Kramer was also a 1,000-point scorer for the Indians’ basketball team.

Kramer holds a bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher in business management with a concentration in marketing and completed his M.B.A. from the Bittner School of Business.

He currently resides in Webster with his wife, Erin, and children Colin and McKenna.
