Below are the operating summer hours for the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Athletic Center:
Monday – Sunday            10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

 

A few reminders when coming to use the facilities in the Ralph C. Wilson Jr., Athletic Center.

Everyone needs to swipe in at the front desk when coming into the building.

Please bring a change of shoes to workout. There is a lot of salt and dirt this time of year, and keeping our areas clean and safe is important.

Also, starting this semester, we will forgo using the Rack Reservations system for reserving racks in the Weight Room. We have added several racks to the Fitness Center and free weights that will be located in the upstairs multi-functional training area. We ask that you please keep the free weights in this area. The hope is that this will decongest the cardio room on the main floor and also give space to stretch away from those lifting.

Amenities and Hygiene:

Every user is required to bring their own personal water bottle. The facility has three bottle filler stations for use.
Locker rooms are available for use.

Campus community members can borrow sports equipment (football, soccer ball, basketball, volleyball, etc.) by providing their University ID to the equipment room employee and their ID will be returned upon return of the equipment.
