2021: Set the Cardinals' program record in the 3K Steeplechase at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships after crossing the finish line in 11:50.72, breaking the record by seven seconds ... Earned two first-team all-conference nods after taking home the gold at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships' 3K Steeplechase race and being a member of the distance medley relay's winning team, then named second-team for performances on the 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams.

High School: Participated in four years of varsity cross country, outdoor, and indoor track & field ... 2014 and 2017 cross country Sectional Champions ... 2016-2018 Indoor and Outdoor team Sectional Champions.
