2019: Earned a career-best in the 5K wth a time of 18.05.0 at Hamilton College on September 7th ... Ran a season-best in the 8K at the Highlander Invite on October 5th with a time of 29.44.5. 

2018: Ran a season-best time of 29:05.5 in the 8K at the Geneseo 38th Mike Woods Invitational ... Ran his fastest 6k time of 23:13.5 at the Jericho Hill Preseason Showdown.

2017: Appeared in all seven meets for the Cardinals this season .. Recorded a fastest time of 20:59.4 in the 6k at Brockport earlier this season .. Also ran in the 8k and registered a fastest time of 28:57.1 at the Highlander Invitational.

High School: Participated in three years of varsity indoor track, and four years of varsity outdoor track ... Played three years of varsity soccer ... Three time Sectional Champion in  soccer... Two time Sectional Champion in outdoor track 1600m ... 3 year Livingston County All-Star outdoor track ... Led league in 1600m.
