2020: Competed in 10 meets ... Won the mile at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships with a personal-best 5:28.16 ... Took second in the Distance Medley Relay to earn two All-Conference honors ... Won the 5,000 meters at the Houghton Classic ... Ran her fastest 800-meters at the Conference Tune-Up with a time of 2:26.92. 

2019: Placed third in the 10,000m at the Empire 8 Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... Set a personal record in the 1500m at the UR Alumni Invitational with a time of 40:20.09 ... Set another personal record at the Empire 8 Championships in the 3000m with a time of 11:17.44. 

2018: Placed second in the 4x400 at the 2018 RIT Mid-Week Invitational with a time of 4:53.91.  

High School: Ran four years of varsity cross country and indoor/outdoor track and field...Academic Scholar Athlete all four years...Won Sportsmanship Award three of four years...Team Captain her junior and senior year...Section X 4x400 indoor/outdoor relay champions...First Team All Northern Cross Country all four years.
