2019: Ran in all nine meets in her final season ... Earned three top-10 finishes ... Ran her fastest 5K time of 20:13.9 to finish second behind teammate Riley Corey at the ESF Mighty Oak Invite that the Cardinals won ... Achieved her fastest 6K time of 23:55.3 while placing 10th at the Highlander Invitational ... Took First Team All-Conference honors with a seventh place finish at the Empire 8 Championships.

2018: Participated in all eight meets ... Finished in fourth place at the Alfred Invite with a 4K time of 15:47.1 ... Earned 15th place at the Highlander Invitational with a 6k time of 26:08.8 ... Received Second Team All-Conference honors for taking 16th place at the Empire 8 Championships with a time of 27:24.2.

2017: Appeared in four meets for the Cardinals this season ... Recorded a time of 16:21.3 in the 4k at Brockport earlier this season ... Ran a fastest time of 26:35.8 in the 6k at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships. 

2016: Ran in all seven races of the Cardinals competed in … Set a personal record for the 4K with a 16:38.0 performance at the Cardinals Early Season XC Invite … Ran her fastest 5K at the Empire 8 Championships, clocking in with a time of 20:36.6 … Had her top 6K performance at the Rowan University Border Battle, posting a time of 24:18.8.

High School: Ran four years of varsity cross country and indoor/outdoor track and field...Academic Scholar Athlete all four years...Won Sportsmanship Award three of four years...Team Captain her junior and senior year...Section X 4x400 indoor/outdoor relay champions...First Team All Northern Cross Country all four years.
