2025: Played in 98 sets across 32 matches… led the Cardinals and the Empire 8 Conference with 401 total kills while hitting .321, the second-highest mark in the E8 behind teammate Ana Gutman, who hit . 328… ranked 24th nationally in kills per set (4.09)... accounted for 433.0 points, becoming one of eight players in program history to surpass 400 in a season… averaged the most points per set (4.42) in the Empire 8… her 401 kills marked the seventh-most by a Fisher player in a single season… her .321 hitting percentage marked the ninth-highest on the Cardinals’ single-season top-10 list… finished third on the team with 259 digs (2.57 per set)... had 13 service aces and 29 total blocks (20 assists, 9 solo)... pounded a season-high 21 kills while hitting .340 in a four-set win over Middlebury on Sept. 6… had 16 kills while hitting .516 in the Cardinals’ first NCAA Tournament win since 1997, a sweep of Wentworth on Nov. 20… surpassed 1,000 career kills in a sweep of Houghton on Oct. 31… had eight double-doubles on the season… racked up a career-high 19 digs and slammed 14 kills while hitting .379 in a sweep of Clarkson on Sept. 5… hit .300 or better in 21 of the Cardinals’ 32 contests… had more than 15 kills in 10 matches… recorded 20-plus points twice… earned first-team All-Empire 8 honors… was named MVP of the Empire 8 Tournament… over three matches in the tournament, she slammed 40 kills while hitting .317 and amassed 20 digs, three total blocks and three service aces… earned American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) NCAA Division III All-Region III First-Team honors… named an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American… garnered College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® recognition.

2024: Earned American Volleyball Coaches Association Honorable Mention All-Region honors… was named a second-team All-Empire 8 selection and garnered E8 All-Tournament honors… named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team… led the Cardinals and finished second in the Empire 8 with 354 kills… she also had 285 digs, the second most on the team… she also amassed 35 service aces and 14 blocks… she slammed a season-best 19 kills in Fisher’s victory over Brockport in the E8 semifinals on 11/14… she had 14 kills and hit .346 in the Cardinals’ sweep of Nazareth in the E8 title match... represented St. John Fisher on the international stage, competing on a United States Division III National Team that traveled to Brazil in June 2025.

2023: Named Empire 8 Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and First-Team All-Conference... Second player in conference history to be named Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year the same season... Named an AVCA All-America Honorable Mention... Named AVCA All-Region First-Team... Named Conference Player of the Week once and Rookie of the Week three times... Played 100 sets across 29 matches, starting 27 of them... Led team in points (392.5), kills (338), and kills/set (3.38)... Third on team in total assists (342)... Fourth on team in blocks (36).... Her 20 kills against Wells on Oct. 7 were the most for any Empire 8 player in a three-set victory during the 2023 season. 

High School: Played three years on the varsity volleyball team… Named school’s top junior athlete of 2022 and top senior athlete of 2023… Named to All-State Fifth-Team in 2021 for NYVCA Class AA… Three-time All-League First-Team for SCAC Class AA… Two-time All-CNY

Personal: Kaylene is the daughter of Mark and Karin… She is a Nursing major.
