2025: Appeared in 4 games as a pitcher, having pitched 5.1 innings... Recorded 8 strikeouts on the season... Appeared in 32 games, starting 29 as a hitter... Recorded 36 hits including eight doubles, two triples, and a homer... Tallied 16 RBIs and 15 stolen bases. 

High School: Participated in baseball, cross country and basketball. On the baseball field he earned, first-team ECIC honors three times, first-team all WNY one time, and was a finalist for Colpoys Barrows Cup, given to the WNY player of the year. In cross country, he earned first-team ECIC honors three times and was second-team all-WNY one time. He won the ECIC inidividual championship. In basketball, he earned second-team ECIC honors one time. and was awarded first-team all-defense honors. Earned his high school's Male Athlete of the Year award his senior year.

Personal: Son of  Colleen and Vince Vanderlip. Has three siblings,  Grace, Conor and Madison Vanderlip. Madison ran NCAA DI cross country at Canisius.
