St. John Fisher University Athletics

2025-26: Went 22-6 overall with 15 bonus-point wins, including six technical falls, five major decisions and three pins… placed second at 157 pounds in the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional Championships, earning All-Region status… became the second wrestler in St. John Fisher history to qualify for the NCAA DIII Championships since the resumption of the program in 2022-23… posted a 9-1 record in dual meets, including a perfect 6-0 mark against SUNYAC foes… placed third at 157 pounds in the Ursinus College Racich Rumble in November… claimed second in his weight class in the RIT Invite in December… named a scholar All-American by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA).

2024-2025: Went 19-6 overall… recorded two victories by fall, six by technical fall, and three by major decision… named Empire 8 Wrestler of the Week on Jan. 27 after defeating one opponent 15-0 by technical fall and another 15-7 victory by major decision… competed at the Division III Region II Championship and placed fifth in the 157-pound weight class… named a 2025 Scholar All-American by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA).

2023-2024: Finished the season with a 19-6 record… named SUNYAC Wrestling Rookie of the Week on Dec. 11 after going 3-0 at Red Dragon Duel.

High School: Competed for five years of varsity wrestling and also played lacrosse… Named All-Conference five times (2019-2023)... Two-time All-County (2022-23)... Named All-State in 2023… Earned 2023 All-County honorable mention in lacrosse… Four-time league champion and one-time sectional champion in wrestling. 
  
Personal: Paul is the son of Matt and Jeanine… He is an Accounting major… His favorite athletic moment is winning sectionals his senior year of high school… He began wrestling when he was five… Member of the National Honor Society… His favorite sports team is the New York Giants.
