Field Hockey Lands 16 On 2025 NFHCA National Academic Squad

PITTSFORD, N.Y. – More than half of the St. John Fisher University field hockey team's student-athletes have been named to the 2025 Division III National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA).

The Cardinals' 16 honorees include Sydney Byrns, Sam Current, Lauren Fracy, Leeah Herbert, Lily Humphrey, Jordan Kauffman, Caitlyn Mahoney, Mary Kate McPhee, Sophia Melfi, Emma Muchow, Morgan Parrinello, Teagan Rosencranse, Lena Schiavo, Callie Smith, Holly Stuart and Alison Taplin. To be eligible for recognition, student-athletes must have recorded at least a 3.50 grade-point average during the fall semester.

Humphrey has been named to the NFCA All-Academic squad in each of her four collegiate seasons.
