BLOOMFIELD, Conn. – The St. John Fisher women's golf team wrapped up its 2024-25 season over the weekend in the Northeast Women's Golf Conference Championship at the Wintonbury Hill Golf Course.
The Cardinals (+218) placed eighth out of 11 teams in the two-day tournament. They carded a 638 overall, shooting a 204 on Saturday and a 434 on Sunday.
SUNY Cortland (+90) finished just ahead of Suffolk (+92) to claim the tournament title. Utica (+144) placed third, while SUNY Geneseo (+162) came in fourth and Nazareth (+166) claimed fifth.
Senior Naomi Cromer had one of her best performances of the season, as she carded a 146 (+41) and finished tied for 24th. Sophomores Emily Wyman (tied for 34th) and Paige Lasher (36th) also finished in the top 30 of a field that included more than 50 golfers.
