PITTSFORD, N.Y. – Three players from the 2025 Empire 8 Conference championship-winning St. John Fisher women's soccer team have earned United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-Region III honors.

Senior forward Madelyn Wania and sophomore forward Emily Woolingham garnered first-team honors, while senior defender Ryann Dauksza drew a second-team spot. With their selections, Wania and Woolingham became the first two players to earn first-team United Soccer Coaches All-Region honors under head coach Molly Romano

The Cardinals have had at least one player capture United Soccer Coaches All-Region honors five years in a row. Their three honorees this year mark the most they've had in a single season.

Woolingham, who became the second player in program history to be named E8 Offensive Player of the Year last month, led the conference with 29 points on 11 goals (tied for the most in the E8) and seven assists (second most in the E8) this season. Her 29 total points marked the fifth-most by a Fisher player in a season, and her 11 goals matched the program's fifth-highest single-season output.

A third team United Soccer Coaches All-Region honoree in 2024, Wania finished the season tied for second in the Empire 8 with 24 points on eight goals and a conference-high eight assists. She earned first-team All-E8 honors for a second year in a row.

Dauksza was one of the leaders on a Fisher defense that allowed just 10 goals and helped the team amass a program-record 13 shutouts this year. The first-team All-E8 selection also contributed offensively with a career-high eight points on a goal and six assists.

The Cardinals, who reached the NCAA Division III Tournament for the first time in program history, ended the season 13-5-2 overall. Their 13 wins marked the most for the program since 1983.
