PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher men's volleyball team swept Penn State Behrend on Saturday afternoon to complete the two-day St. John Fisher Quad Match at Manning and Napier Varsity Gym.
The Cardinals improved to 6-0 and earned their fifth three-set sweep of the season. Penn State Behrend, which lost all three of its games in the quad match, dropped to 1-3.

The Cardinals won the first set 25-18, the second 25-20 and the third 25-17. They logged a season-best .403 hitting percentage.

The Cardinals logged 44 kills in the match. They have had 40 or more in all but one contest so far this season.

Junior middle blocker Connor Holmes led the Cardinals with eight kills while hitting .636. Graduate senior Jake Baker had six kills on six attack attempts for a perfect hitting percentage.

Seniors Tyler Cohen and Guillermo Perez and sophomore Sonepith Keoviengsamay had five kills apiece.

Cohen, freshman Coleton Welter and junior Aiden Calhoun each recorded a service ace.

Senior Evan Ingerick tallied a season-high 35 assists.
