HOUGHTON, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University men's tennis team took on Nazareth University in the Empire 8 Men's Tennis Championship Semi-Final matchup. The competition is being hosted by no. 1 Houghton University. The Cardinals fell behind after doubles and dropped the match 5-2.
 
The Duo of Will Chubb and Tyler Hernandez cruised to a double-match win, earning a score of 8-1. The teams of Ryan Wilson and Anthony Molosag, and Anthony Mendoza and Mika'il Iqbal, both lost their doubles-matches, 8-3. In the singles matches, Hernandez secured a victory in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3. The Golden Flyers proceeded to win three singles matches to defeat the Cardinals, 5-2.
