OSWEGO, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University men's tennis team was on the road on Friday to take on Oswego State. The Cardinals compete in hard fought matches, but fell by a final score of 8-1.
 
In the doubles matches the duo of Will Chubb and Tyler Hernandez fell 8-6 and the team of Anthony Molosag and Anthony Mendoza dropped their doubles match, 8-7. Ryan Wilson and Mika'il Iqbal fell by a score of 8-3.
 
In the singles matches, Zach DeCaro earned the  only victory for the Cardinals, coming back to take the second and third set, 6-5, 6-5. Chubb, Molosag, Wilson, Hernandez and Iqbal all dropped their single matches in straight sets.
 
Up next for the Cardinals is another road match on Saturday, April 6. The Cardinals will take on Alfred University in the indoor facility at Houghton University.
