ELMIRA, N.Y.- Seven different players scored goals as the St. John Fisher University field hockey team dominated Elmira 10-1 on Saturday evening. The Cardinals (6-7 overall) improved to 4-1 in the Empire 8 and won their 12th straight game against Elmira.Â
The Cardinals scored seven times in the first half and put three past the Elmira goalkeeper in the first five minutes of the game. Senior forward
Molly Fisher led the early scoring charge for the Cardinals, netting all three of her goals in the first half. Senior forward
Audrey Grieb scored twice in the first 30 minutes of action, while sophomore forward
Mary Kate McPhee and senior forward
Taylor Scrocca tallied a goal apiece. Â
