SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University women's soccer team were on the road for the second game of a back-to-back, taking on Skidmore College. A late goal by

Jackie Gervais and
Emma Spelman were both saved by the opposing goalkeeper.
Byrnes played all 90 minutes in goal and recorded seven saves. Spelman led the way with four shots, while McMakin tallied three of her own.
The Cardinals will play SUNY Brockport next for their home opener. The match will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 5 with kick off at 7 p.m.
