With the win, Fisher improves to 41-6, while Texas-Tyler falls to 46-5. After Saturday's games, there are just three teams left in the World Series. Messiah College advanced to the championship series with a win over Rowan University on Saturday as well.

It took
Karlie Neale 269 at bats at the collegiate level, but the junior catcher hit her first career home run at the most opportune time. On the third pitch in the top of the seventh inning, Neale drilled a shot over the fence in left-center for the game's only run.
It was all the offense pitcher
Lindsey Thayer would need, as the sophomore posted her second shutout of the day, allowing three hits, while striking out seven, raising her record to 31-6. It was her 16
th complete game shutout of the season.
Fisher finished the game with five hits, including two in the sixth inning.
Earlier in the day, Fisher defeated M.I.T. 1-0 with
Lauren Owens doubling in the game's only run. The win marked Fisher's 40
