The St. John Fisher College men's soccer team lost 5-0 to host St. Lawrence University on Friday.

With the loss, the Cardinals fall to 0-5 on the season while the seventh-ranked Saints improve their record to 4-0.

Freshman goalie Joseph Catalfamo made five saves over the last 16 minutes of the first half to keep the Cardinals in the game as they only trailed 1-0 at intermission.

The Saints proved to be too much to handle in the second half however, as Fisher allowed four goals in the last 45 minutes and fell in the match 5-0.

Catalfamo played all 90 minutes for the Cardinals and tallied 10 saves in the game. He now has 31 saves on the season.

Fisher returns to action at 2 p.m. on Saturday as they head to Potsdam to take on host Clarkson University.
