The St. John Fisher College men's tennis team earned its second win of the season on Sunday, as the Cardinals coasted to a 9-0 win over host D'Youville College on Sunday. Playing in its first match since returning from Hilton Head, S.C., last week, the Cardinals won every single set.
Jacob Zarzycki and
Pat McGrath won all eight games at first doubles, while
Kevin Kulawiec and
Adam Moran earned a point with an 8-2 victory at second doubles.
Kaelan Castetter and
Dan Tedesco won 8-4 at third doubles.
In singles action, Kulawiec won 6-0, 6-2 at first singles, while McGrath prevailed 6-0, 6-1 at second singles. Zarzycki (third singles), Moran (fourth singles) and Castetter (fifth singles) also picked up points, as did
Vichaka Khoy, who won 6-3, 6-0 at sixth singles.
Fisher returns to action on Saturday and will host SUNY Oneonta at Mendon Racquet Club.
