The St. John Fisher College men's tennis team dropped an Empire 8 contest to visiting Stevens Institute on Saturday at the Mendon Racquet Club.  Stevens won by a 9-0 margin.

With the win Stevens improves to 8-8 overall and a perfect 5-0 in Empire 8 play while Fisher drops to 4-8, 1-2 respectively.

Kyle Stitch fell in fifth singles 6-3, 6-1.

In first doubles action Pat McGrath and Sheldon Mitchell came out on the losing end 8-2, while Nathaniel Ligon and Jacob Zarzycki dropped an identical score in second doubles.

Fisher will travel to Elmira on Sunday for a 1 p.m. start time.
