The St. John Fisher College men's tennis team opened its 2012 side of the schedule with an 8-1 loss against the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Sheldon Mitchell earned the Cardinals their only point of the match, defeating Ken Chou in fourth singles.

Fisher will return to action at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday March 4th against Baldwin Wallace as it takes part in its annual spring break trip to Hilton Head, SC.
