St. John Fisher College field hockey team suffered a 1-0 loss at Utica College on Saturday in a pivotal Empire 8 Conference matchup.
 
With the loss, Fisher falls to 5-9 overall and 3-3 in the Empire 8.   The Cardinals will most likely need to win on Tuesday at Nazareth College to have a shot at earning one of four spots in the Empire 8 Conference Championship.
 
Danielle Famolaro finished with 11 saves in the loss.
