The St. John FIsher College volleyball team went 2-0 on Friday night, picking up two 3-0 win in the opening round of the SUNY Oneonta Invitational.

In the first match, Fisher defeated St. Joseph's 3-0 (25-14, 25-20, 25-14).  For Fisher, Sydney Kandefer led the way with 14 kills, while Amy Street dished out 31 assists. Becca Smith finished with nine digs.

In Fisher's 3-0 win over Plattsburgh, Kandefer finished with 13 kills, while Street added 30 assists.  Jenna Rath totaled a team-best 17 digs.
