The St. John Fisher College volleyball team defeated host SUNY Geneseo tonight in a four-game match (25-22, 22-25, 25-20, 25-18).  Sydney Kandefer recorded eight kills and six blocks, while Jenna Waldron led the team with 28 digs, inching closer to becoming the all-time career leader in digs for Fisher.  Brittany Rowan registered 11 kills, while Laura Schwach came in with 13 kills.  The Cardinals improve to 12-16 with the win, and travel to neighboring Nazareth this weekend to compete in the second of the Empire 8 Crossovers to determine conference standings for the 2009 season.
