Senior Dave Roth hit his eighth home run of the season in the ninth inning for the St. John Fisher College baseball team, but it was too little, too late, as the Cardinals fell to third-ranked SUNY Cortland 7-2 on Thursday.  With the loss, Fisher falls to 17-9-1, while Cortland improves to 28-3.  Fisher returns to action this weekend with doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday at Utica College.
