The St. John Fisher College golf team built its lead to 94 strokes in the third round of the Empire 8 Conference Championship on Saturday. Fisher shot a team score of 293, and was led by sophomore Tom Muto (North Rose/Wolcott), who turned in the low round of the day with a three-under 69.

Muto also sits in a first-place tie with Elmira's Brandon Christo after three rounds with a combined 214, and is one of six golfers from St. John Fisher to rank in the top 10 individual standings.
