For the first time this century, the St. John Fisher College softball team lost both home games of a doubleheader vs. Ithaca College.  Fisher, who split with Ithaca in 2001, 2003 and 2005, committed five errors and suffered a 10-1 loss in the opener.  In the second game, both Fisher and Ithaca, ranked No. 3 in the latest national coaches poll, each pounded out six hits, but the Bombers came away with a 3-1.  Fisher will return to action on Saturday against Elmira College.  The game will be played at Corning Community College.
