Fisher men's soccer team lost a heart-breaker with six minutes remaining in overtime to host SUNY Oswego 4-3 on Wednesday afternoon.
The Lakers grabbed an early lead but Fisher scored the next two goals, as Anthony D'Angelo took a pass from Josh Foster and scored on a low shot, then Jason Tartick beat Oswego keeper to end the half, 2-1.
Oswego tied it up early in the second half and then took the lead at the 67th minute. The 3-2 Laker lead didn't last long as D'Angelo added his second of the game to end the half with a 3-3 tie.
Overtime had its share of excitement as an apparent Fisher goal in overtime was waved off as the Fisher player was ruled to have interfered with the Oswego goalkeeper. Then with six minute left in the game a cross from the right side by Oswego was headed in to win the game.
Fisher returns to action at Keystone College.
