St. John Fisher University Athletics

Caroline Robertson (Glen Head/North Shore) of the St. John Fisher College women's basketball team has been named the College’s Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending February 11th, 2018. The senior helped the Cardinals clinch the Empire 8 Championship with a win over Alfred on Tuesday, as well as, a win over Nazareth on Saturday. The victory over the Golden Flyers was the team's 11th consecutive win overall.

The senior totaled 20 points, nine rebounds and three assists in Fisher’s 78-50 drubbing of Alfred University on Tuesday night.

Robertson ended the game against Nazareth on Saturday shooting 9-12 from the free throw line, totaling 17 points, 12 boards, and seven assists in the contest, nearly completing the triple-double.

Robertson and the rest of the women’s basketball team will host their last regular season game at 8 p.m. on Tuesday against Elmira College inside Manning and Napier Varsity Gymnasium on Bobby Wanzer Court. 

For the first time in 12 years, St. John Fisher women's basketball team will host the four-team Empire 8 Championship beginning Friday, February 23rd.
