Kevin Kulawiec of the men’s tennis team has been selected is the Fisher Male Athlete of the week for the week ending April 30th, 2017.
Kulawiec has posted up in the first singles and doubles spot all season, and has helped Fisher to five-straight wins and a spot in the Empire 8 tournament.
Earlier in the week, Kulawiec defeated Alfred’s top opponent 6-1, 6-2, before teaming up with Quinn Magiera to win at doubles 8-0. Most recently the Cardinals won 8-1 over Elmira, where the junior won at first singles 6-1, 6-1, and again at doubles with Magiera 8-6.
Fisher will return to action for the Empire 8 tournament this weekend, hosted by Nazareth College.
