St. John Fisher University Athletics

St. John Fisher College’s Carly Finn of the women’s soccer team has been selected as the College’s Female Athlete of Week for the week ending November 1^st, 2015.

Fisher women’s soccer closed out its regular season with two tough losses to Buffalo State (2-1), and Houghton College (2-0) this week. Finn led the Cardinals on the offensive end scoring the only Fisher goal in the Buffalo State match after 20 minutes of play.

The Glenville native ended her junior season tied for first on the team in points with 12, and is second overall in goals with four. She leads the team in assists with four, good for ninth overall in the Empire 8 Conference.

The Cardinals completed their 2015 season 5-12-1 overall, and 2-6-0 in Empire 8 Conference action.
