Norsen led the team with a career-high six rebounds, four off the offensive glass, in the battle to a close 64-62 loss to #21 DeSales University on Saturday. The freshman center recorded seven points, making good on 5-for-6 shots from the charity stripe, and added one assist.
Norsen has seen playing time in all five of Fisher’s games, shooting 8-for-12 (66/7%) from the floor and tallying 23 points. He totals 13 rebounds and two blocks on the season, and is shooting 77.8% (7-for-9) in free throws.
Fisher is back in action following the holidays, when it hosts the 2009 Courtyard-Marriott Invitational on December 29 and 30. The Cardinals meet the Saint Vincent Bearcats on Tuesday night at 8 p.m.
