Ashley Prince (Pasadena, Md./Northeast) of the St. John Fisher College softball team caught fire last week as the sophomore has been named the College’s Female Athlete of the Week for action ending April 7th, 2019.

Prince helped lead Fisher to a 5-3 record that including Empire 8 sweeps of Sage and Utica after she went 13-for-27 (.481) at the plate last week with six extra base hits including four doubles, two home runs and a team-leading eight RBI.  Prince scored seven runs over eight games and posted a .852 slugging percentage.

Against RIT, Prince had two doubles and home run in a 5-for-9 outing before adding three hits in a sweep of Sage and two more in a Sunday sweep of Utica.
