Eddie Mahana will go down as one of the top athletes to ever come through the College's track and field program. All-America honors, Athlete of the Year accolades, All-Region and All-Conference recognition dot his four years at Fisher.

As a freshman, Mahana made an immediate impact as he was named the Empire 8 Rookie of the Year in 2017 after claiming three All-Conference finishes over the year.  The Clay native would go on to be named All-Region in the 400m hurdles during the outdoor season.

During his second year of competition, Mahana continued to develop and would claim two more All-Region selections in the 110m and 400m hurdles and qualified for the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championship during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

His biggest progression came as a junior after he was named the Empire 8's Track Athlete of the Year twice.  After nailing down eight All-Conference finishes during the year, Mahana would earn three All-America honors at the NCAA Championship.  During the indoor season, the hurdler finished eighth in the 60m hurdles before taking sixth in the 400m hurdles and finishing as the National Runner-Up in the 110m hurdles during the outdoor season.  Mahana narrowly missed becoming a national champion after having crossed the finish just .001 of one second behind the winner in the 110m hurdles.

As a senior, Mahana helped lead Fisher to its third Empire 8 Championship on the indoor side. An All-Region selection at the conclusion of the year, he was named All-Conference in four different events and claimed three Empire 8 individual titles in all.  He was also named the Empire 8 Track Athlete of the Year and would go on to earn another All-American nod from the USTFCCCA earlier this month.

Over his four-year career, Mahana was a part of three Empire 8 Championship teams and would go on to be named All-American four times in all.  He is a 20-time All-Conference honoree and a three-time Empire 8 Track Athlete of the Year selection.
