St. John Fisher University Athletics

Hunter Walsh threw for 480 yards with two touchdown passes while rushing one into the end zone as well in the St. John Fisher College football team's 38-35 loss at No. 13 Ithaca College on Saturday. 

The freshman hooked up with TySean Sizer and Will Blake for a 90-yard and a 67-yard touchdown respectively as the Cardinals almost came back from down 25 points at halftime. The Rochester native's 14-yard TD run started the comeback as Fisher outscored the Nationally Ranked Bombers 22-0 in the second half. 

Walsh completed a career-high 30 passes on the day. His 480 yards were the most thrown by a Cardinals' Quarterback in a single game since 2016.
