St. John Fisher University Athletics

Peter Girardi of the men’s indoor track and field team has been selected as the St. John Fisher College Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 5^th, 2017.
 
Girardi turned a first place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the ECAC Championship meet this past weekend, clocking in at 8.24. The junior would also compete in the 400-meter dash where he placed third overall with a time of 49.41.
 
The Cicero native will be competing at the National Championships this weekend in both the 60-meter hurdles and the 400-meter dash.
